FREE LETTING SERVICE
- When you choose management with us -
Pick Global Lettings and Management to Let and manage your property – we take
the headache out of being a landlord.
You’re no longer on call 24 hours a day. You don’t have to worry about vetting tenants, collecting rent, or arranging repairs, because we do it all on your behalf.
We chase late rents
We promote the property, on a range of websites, including our own,
as necessary, to find suitable tenants
We deal with all maintenance issues
We vet tenants and check references
We draw up the documents and make sure they are signed,
and a copy is kept on file
We inspect the property, at regular intervals, throughout the tenancy
We arrange the re-let of the property, or renewal of the lease,
as applicable
We will be a conduit for contact between the landlord and the tenant,
so your contact details will not be made available to the tenant
We can hold the security deposit, as the stakeholder for the landlord,
and only return it once the final inspection of the property has been
carried out, and everything is in order.
Terms and conditions:
1. Your property will be let for free, on the agreement that Global Lettings and Management manage the property, for the duration of the tenancy.
2. Standard management fee of 8% will be applicable.
3. Standard letting fee is 6%.

We are currently looking for people to work in the Dublin & Meath area to establish there own property Letting and Management portfolio.
These are self employed positions where agents will be responsible for the payment of there own taxes and will be paid high commisions based on success rate.
The successful candidates will be trained in all aspects of the lettings and management business to meet our high standards.
Excellent communication skills - written and oral.
Self motivated, be able to word indendenly, target driven, professional in appearance and manner enjoy networking and meeting new people.
This is a work from home position lap top/PC, printer, car and mobile phone required.

If there is a problem in the building, we don't need to bother the landlord, rather they can liaise directly with the Property Manager in our office.
Convenience: If the tenant is breaking the house rules or there are emergency problems relating to the tenant, we can talk directly to the Property Manager to solve the problem.
Help Avoid the Voids: Sometimes tenants or owners have friends or family seeking rentals and want them to live nearby. Occasionally we are in a position where we can talk to the Property Manager or where we happen to meet other owners and tenants and can give them the 'heads up' on your upcoming rental.
Security: When managing a residential unit, a problem such as a leak, alarm etc can wreak havoc and it is often difficult to find the owner or agent. Having the Rental Manager and Property Manager in the same company is a big advantage in the case of an emergency.
High Standard Services Generate Higher Rental Income: At Global Lettings & Management, our contractors undergo a rigorous vetting process. We are able to share the pool of talent and information with the property management team to avail of or benchmark services provided to individual units and ensure properties are maintained to a high standard
Administration: Direct point of contact for the unit, therefore, in the event of a leak and subsequent insurance claims, there is a quick turnaround on resolving issues and remedy work is carried out efficiently and promptly.

Global Lettings & Management provides a dedicated one to one service in the Letting, Management and Refurbishment of residential properties, covering all parts of the Dublin area. The vast majority of our properties are let within two weeks.
