If there is a problem in the building, we don't need to bother the landlord, rather they can liaise directly with the Property Manager in our office.
Convenience: If the tenant is breaking the house rules or there are emergency problems relating to the tenant, we can talk directly to the Property Manager to solve the problem.
Help Avoid the Voids: Sometimes tenants or owners have friends or family seeking rentals and want them to live nearby. Occasionally we are in a position where we can talk to the Property Manager or where we happen to meet other owners and tenants and can give them the 'heads up' on your upcoming rental.
